7100: Business Valuator Accredited for Litigation (BVAL) Workshop (Advanced; 40 hrs CPE) Outward bound for expert witnesses, with a 6:1 student/instructor ratio and maximum practice time for the skills litigation support experts need: - Preparing counsel memos |
Participants bring their own appraisal report for the basis of their testimony work. You’ll review the report of another student and prep counsel on areas of inquiry. Give a deposition and learn why “answering only the question asked” can be bad advice. Learn how to deal with cross examination in a way which builds your credibility and do the right thing. |
Team-taught by a veteran business appraiser with a law degree and a lawyer with business appraisal knowledge, we’ll push your limits in a safe environment; refine your skills; and give you the power to control your opinion, maintain your credibility, stand for your principles, and help the Court do justice.
