Market Data

IBA maintains the industry's largest transactional database of sales of small and mid-sized closely held businesses.

The database, now containing more than 30,000 transactions, is provided as a resource exclusively for IBA members. Submitting new transaction data helps to keep our database up to date. Members who submit new transaction data from recent sales will receive IBA Bucks for each transaction.
